Management Challenges:
The Ameritech site located in Hoffman Estates spans more than one million square feet of space. The building included Ameritech employees and private tenants, both of which received our cleaning services. We’re Cleaning, Inc. manages 30 workers who were responsible for cleaning the entire building on an as needed basis. We trained 30 in TQM to clean properly, faster and more efficiently. After receiving the TQM training, the janitorial staff was cut by 7 employees. As a result, they received a higher wage and we were able to give excellent services.
